saucisson sec, green olive and sun-dried tomato tapenades, and a bottle of sun-drenched red wine from the vineyards of the south of france… an aperatif for summer chilling

bastien and i chose this fish at a fish monger by the docks..

stuffed with onions and sprinkled with salt, pepper, and white wine, then grilled on the bbq until the flesh was just white and tender

i just loved the family vacation caravan headed for the touristic city of Sète

boats at the harbor of Sète, on the Mediterranean

the most delicious looking toy store in the ancient cobble-stoned core of Pézenas

vineyards in Châteauneuf-du-Pape where the people were warm and welcoming… their rich red wines can age for years and years in the depth of the wine cellar, and they have some outstanding whites as well

trees lining the route as we return to Cap d’Agde from an excursion to Pézenas
