CURRY WOK

My curry tends to be too spicy! This one was no exception, and I could only manage by stuffing my mouth with big spoonfuls of steaming white rice in between bites. It was a semi-sunny Sunday afternoon in January when I made this concoction of spices, chicken, carrots, coconut milk. Add a few cashews… delicious!
